We urgently looking for Human Resource Executive for Factory at Kashipur . Uttarakhand Location

Position: HR Executive/Manager

Base Location : Kashipur, Uttarakhand

As Executive HR and IR, you will be responsible for:

Support to maintain positive work climate by implementing proactive Employee Relations.

Monitor compliance for contract staff under applicable Labour laws ., at the time of induction, during operation of contract & closure of contract

Support to maintain Statutory Records & Registers as per various Laws

Support in payroll, Leave and attendance of workmen including contractual workmen

Responsible for procurement of safety kits and Uniform and distribution.

Support in legal matters for data analysis and collections.

Handle all groundwork for Medical, WC, PF, and other Statutory compliances

Handle groundwork for Labour License application, closure & refund.

Support in Employee Benefits Program, Reward & Recognition, Employee Engagement, and Welfare activities.

Responsible for blue collar recruitment and manpower management.

General administration related to IR work.

Required education, experience, and skills:

Graduate /Masters Degree in Human Resources

4-6 years of experience in Factory HR & IR role in a manufacturing industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)

Salary : RS. to Per Month
