This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Sourcing and screening candidates.Scheduling and conducting interviews.Managing the onboarding process for new hires.Employee Relations:Addressing employee queries and concerns.Managing employee grievances and conflicts.Promoting a positive work environment.HR Administration:Maintaining employee records and databases.Managing payroll and benefits administration.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Role & Responsibility: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, short listing, interviews, and candidate selection. Maintain record keeping of all payroll related documentation.Manage HR administration such as starters and leavers process.Complete Daily, monthly and fortnightly MIS reports.Ensure up to date and accurate information is maintained for all the employees

1. Responsible for overall quality system in HR department2. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.3. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.4. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement5. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates6. Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate7. Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.8. Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees medical insurance policies9. Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee10. Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.11. Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them12. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees termination13. Planning of company events or activities on occasions by managements approval14. Organising training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties
