Roles and ResponsibilitiesProfile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit1.Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage2.Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints3.Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy4.Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors5.Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.Salary: 20k to 24k + Travel Allowance + Incentives and other employee benefits
