Roles and Responsibilities

Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit

ll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage

k and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints

re the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy

re site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors

-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Salary: 20k to 24k + Travel Allowance + Incentives and other employee benefits
