Understand customer preferences, budget, and intended use to recommend suitable vehicles. Offer test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and comparisons.Sales Presentation & Negotiation Present financing, insurance, and warranty options clearly. Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and payment terms. Close deals efficiently and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.Lead Management & Follow-Up Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly via calls, messages, or visits. Convert inquiries into showroom visits and visits into confirmed bookings.
