Job Responsibilities of an Automobile Sales ExecutiveCustomer Engagement & Needs Assessment Greet and engage walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Understand customer preferences, budget, and intended use to recommend suitable vehicles. Offer test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and comparisons.Sales Presentation & Negotiation Present financing, insurance, and warranty options clearly. Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and payment terms. Close deals efficiently and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.Lead Management & Follow-Up Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly via calls, messages, or visits. Convert inquiries into showroom visits and visits into confirmed bookings. Track customer interactions using CRM tools and update records diligently.Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories (corporates, institutions, residential areas). Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and participate in local events or exhibitions. Build a pipeline of qualified leads through field activities.Post-Sales Relationship Building Ensure smooth delivery and handover of the vehicle.
