As a Field Sales Executive in Durgapur, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with customers. You will be required to actively seek out new sales opportunities, present products or services to potential customers, and negotiate agreements to close sales. A strong understanding of the sales process and ability to communicate effectively is essential. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales, be a 12th pass, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions is key. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven individual who is able to work well under pressure and thrive in a competitive environment.

A total of twenty appointments must be made from the market to the customer in a month. There will be a minimum sales target One Lakh only. A daily work report must be submitted to the sales officer. If the report is not submitted, that days salary will be deducted from the monthly salary. It is very important for the applicant to have local geographical knowledge.
