Must have experience of filing of Annual Returns, Company formation and other CompliancesHandling work related to company formation for resident and Non-resident;Regular compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder;Preparation of Board and General Meeting documents, Directors Report and maintenance ofStatutory Registers;Assisting in drafting of Opinions on various client queriesIndependently handling compliances related to appointment/ resignation of Directors, auditors,etc.Hands on Annual filings ROC
Company conversion from Private to Public and vice versa, Company Incorporation, Drafting MOA, AOA, ROC Compliances, Drafting of Agreements relating to issue of securities & obtaining various approvals from authorities, Handling all Company Law Compliances including various statutory ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings on MCA portal, Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time
