Responsibilities of candidates include: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Answer questions about products and services Assist with inventory management Demo and explain products and services to customers Stack and display goods for sale

Responsibilities Should be doing cold calls on daily basis and maintain customer relationship Understanding customer requirements and provide right solution for the customer financial needs Willing to travel within the specified geographies Attending corporate park activities, trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to generate leads Achieve monthly or annual targets.Requirements Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Good knowledge of English/Tamil Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Need female candidates with minimum 1 - 2 years experience in voice process. Job role of the applied candidate will be as a admission counsellor where they need to call, convince and put the students into admission.Immediate joiners preferred.Language : Good Communication in Tamil, English. (Additional Language is more benefit)

Presales:Review new sales opportunities if it falls in scopeUnderstand client needs and requirements.Key the opportunities to enquiry log and maintain the log with complete details on.Route qualifies opportunities to the appropriate suppliers for quotes.Liaise with freight forwarders to have their quotes.Prepare the bid with necessary techno-commercial data within due dates.Interaction with suppliers /assigned territory for follow ups.Post Sales:Review the PO with techno-commercial offer.Prepare the contract to supplier.Technical commercial documents review/seek approval wherever required.Follow ups for on time delivery of the product.Coordinating with freight forwarders on delivery.
