Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Take care of HR daily activities such as recruitment, interview coordination, etc.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc)Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsPreparation of payroll by providing relevant data (absences, incentives, leaves, etc)Desired Candidate ProfileShould have 2 yrs - 4yrs of experience.MBA in HR or equivalent degree with a specialization in HR.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.Proficient in Recruitment, Payroll Management.Overlooking Employee On-boarding experience.Resolving Employee Grievances locally.Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
