Office & Facility OperationsInventory Management: Monitoring office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock; placing orders before items run out.Vendor Management: Coordinating with service providers (cleaners, internet ISPs, maintenance) to ensure the facility is functional.Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring printers, coffee machines, and AV systems are serviced and working correctly.3.
