Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and organized Office Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our Nashik office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administration
Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, etc.)
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Manage courier, dispatch, and inventory of office supplies
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Assist in travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Handle basic billing, invoices, and expense tracking
Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and compliance
Support HR/admin tasks as required
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, PPT)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Professional attitude and presentable personality
Ability to work independently

Graduate in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in office administration / back-office role
