Job Summary:The HR Generalist will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and providing guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues.Key Responsibilities:1.
