Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students aspiring to join the aviation, hospitality, and customer service industries. The trainer will provide practical and theoretical knowledge to build strong service standards and professional behavior in line with industry expectations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver classroom training on hospitality management, customer service and housekeeping basics.Introduce students to airline and hotel operations, front office management, and in-flight hospitality.Teach grooming standards and professional etiquette required in the hospitality industry.Conduct role-plays, simulations, and case studies to provide real-world exposure.Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study material.Evaluate students performance through assessments, activities, and one-on-one feedback.Train students for interviews in hotel, cruise, and aviation sectors.Stay updated with current hospitality trends and update training content accordingly.
