The ideal candidate will have experience working with a South Indian food chain, strong leadership skills, and the ability to set up systems, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities* Take full ownership of restaurant setup, operations, and profitability.* Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.* Oversee day-to-day functions including dining, kitchen, and service standards.* Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and procurement efficiently.* Maintain top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer service.* Plan budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.* Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to build brand visibility.* Establish effective systems, processes, and culture to enable scalability.Qualifications & Experience* Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).* 12 - 18 years of proven experience in chain of restaurant management, experience in south Indian food chain will be an added advantage.* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to treat the business as their own.* Strong vendor management and supply chain expertise.* Financial acumen and hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.* Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.* Experience of greenfield restaurant chain management.

1. Responsible for the complete functioning of day-to-day activities. (Internal Coordination with the all the restaurant branches)2. Monitor restaurants Stationary, Pantry, housekeeping supplies and IT purchases.3. Monitor monthly budget and cost for restaurant infrastructure AMC, restaurant equipment, housekeeping / facilities management.4. Staff training / briefings (at restaurants) to be monitored and ensure is done in all the outlets on daily basis, Outlets in charge to report if the staff is not groomed while reporting to duty5. Ensure that daily video of the setup of the outlets to be sent including Kitchen by In-charge of the outlets for both the duty shifts6. Responsible for overall maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment Office space, chairs, laptops, desktops, printers, air conditioners etc.8. Keep track of AMC, rentals, telecommunications and WiFi bills, etc.9. Ensure housekeeping / facilities services are on track. 10. Compliances to office administration like drafting rental agreements, property tax, insurances (people and property etc)11. Outbound calls for vendors and clients.

Checking guests in and out.Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.Organizing transport services for guests at their request.Providing guests with information about the hotel.Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.Serving as a host at conferences, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.

Should have good experience in Restaurant Steward and Captain.
