Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi Role and Responsibilities: As a Telecalling Executive for the Doctor's Connect Team at HealthMug, your primary responsibility will be to engage with Ayush doctors and onboard them onto our innovative health and wellness platform. This is a crucial role in expanding our network of healthcare professionals and providing them with the resources they need to thrive. Key responsibilities include: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to Ayush doctors to introduce HealthMug's platform and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our platform for holistic health solutions. Onboarding: Guide doctors through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Collect and verify essential information for the creation of their profiles on HealthMug. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about HealthMug's products and services to effectively convey their value to doctors. Provide basic training on using our platform and tools. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with the needs of Ayush doctors. Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
