CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE Routinely call customers to obtain their feedback regarding pre & post sales & service experiences. Register Dealer Sales / Service complaints from customers if any in guidance with CRM. Handle / Assist customers on basic Sales or Service issues under guidance of CRM (both dealer VOC & HYUNDAI VOC) Alerting CRM about potential HYUNDAI VOC. Understanding or analyzing probable ECDR cases through Post Sales or Service follow up. Reporting probable ECDR cases to CRM Register feedback & concerns collected by Sales & Service department in DELITE. Customer information collection through Web / media / blog related to sales, enquiry, service or product. Handle & resolve concern immediately in case of minor issues in sales or service.Contacting customers for Post sales & post service follow ups. VOC registration in case of dissatisfied customers. Updating & maintenance of CR reports. Analyze PSF call details & provide qualitative information to CRM & CRM Usage of DLITE tool for enquiry management, Appointment, MRS, PSFU Sales & Service. Register breakdown request in DELITE & assist the customer.
