The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the companys customer service policies. Will be responsible for managing Inbound and outbound calls relating to Car rental, leasing, ancillary services, after sales queries, rental extensions etc.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a proficient and timely manner. Assisting the clients with the booking process over the telephone and ensure all booking requests are managed and handled in a professional manner.
