Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online research.Client Acquisition: Pitch IT and digital services to potential customers and convert leads into long-term business relationships.Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in assigned market segments.Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Follow-ups & Negotiations: Regularly follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate to close deals effectively.Proposal & Presentation: Prepare business proposals, project quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.CRM Management: Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-based environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation and proposal-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
