Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online research.
Client Acquisition: Pitch IT and digital services to potential customers and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in assigned market segments.
Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Follow-ups & Negotiations: Regularly follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate to close deals effectively.
Proposal & Presentation: Prepare business proposals, project quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-based environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and proposal-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
