Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dehradun. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

A problem-solving attitude is essential, along with the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software and communication tools, are necessary for this role.
