Role Summary:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business operations, building a high-performing team, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint and manage 10 Team Leaders (Sr. FDOs)

Ensure each Team Leader builds a team of 10 FDOs

Do 1 Insurance Policy (Life/Term/Health) to generate your own IRDA Code

Ensure each team member also does 1 policy for their code generation

Build & maintain team hierarchy within given timeline

You can also appoint agents on commission basis, but team building is mandatory

Monitor performance, guide team, and report to the leadership
