role summary:

as a general manager, you will be responsible for leading the business operations, building a high-performing team, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

key responsibilities:

�� appoint and manage 10 team leaders (sr. fdos)

�� ensure each team leader builds a team of 10 fdos

�� do 1 insurance policy (life/term/health) to generate your own irda code

�� ensure each team member also does 1 policy for their code generation

�� build & maintain team hierarchy within given timeline

�� you can also appoint agents on commission basis, but team building is mandatory

�� monitor performance, guide team, and report to the leadership
