we are seeking a sales executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. this role is critical to driving admissions, building relationships, and ensuring marketdojos first batch of students is filled with ambitious, disciplined traders.
key responsibilities
drive student enrollment and admissions for marketdojos trading courses
build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and institutions
present marketdojos unique value proposition: dehraduns first live trading floor experience
execute sales campaigns across calls, meetings, and events
collaborate with the creative director on promotional strategies and messaging
track leads, conversions, and provide regular performance reports
qualifications
proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions
strong communication and persuasion skills
ability to work with urgency and meet ambitious targets
familiarity with financial education or trading (preferred but not mandatory)
self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by results
