We are seeking a Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is critical to driving admissions, building relationships, and ensuring MarketDojo€™s first batch of students is filled with ambitious, disciplined traders.

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Drive student enrollment and admissions for MarketDojo€™s trading courses

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and institutions

€¢ Present MarketDojo€™s unique value proposition: €œDehradun€™s first live trading floor experience€

€¢ Execute sales campaigns across calls, meetings, and events

€¢ Collaborate with the creative director on promotional strategies and messaging

€¢ Track leads, conversions, and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications

€¢ Proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions

€¢ Strong communication and persuasion skills

€¢ Ability to work with urgency and meet ambitious targets

€¢ Familiarity with financial education or trading (preferred but not mandatory)

€¢ Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by results
