We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commis I Chef to manage Tandoor, Chinese, and Indian sections in a professional kitchen environment. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes as per standard recipes while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Tandoor items, Indian curries, rice dishes, and Chinese specialties Manage mise en place and section operations independently Ensure proper portion control and minimal wastage Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance) Support senior chefs during peak service hoursImmediate joiners preferred. Experience in hotel/resort kitchen will be an added advantage.
