We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commis I Chef to manage Tandoor, Chinese, and Indian sections in a professional kitchen environment. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes as per standard recipes while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Prepare Tandoor items, Indian curries, rice dishes, and Chinese specialties
€¢ Manage mise en place and section operations independently
€¢ Ensure proper portion control and minimal wastage
€¢ Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
€¢ Support senior chefs during peak service hours
Immediate joiners preferred. Experience in hotel/resort kitchen will be an added advantage.
