Time Management: Multitasking, meeting various deadlines. Walk-in Management: Align walk-ins from tele cosunellor and actively invite walk-ins from thedata source by Taking ownership of increasing branch inquiries by personally engaging in thiseffort. Sales Promotion Management: Actively organize and participate in on-campus andoff-campus activities related to career counselling. Sales Growth: Process Owner for driving sales growth within the branch by taking ownershipof growth in Walk-In inquiries at a branch. Training Management: Attend regular training initiatives to stay updated on new counsellingmethods and approaches. Cascade the learnings & provide training and guidance to telecounsellors to increase walk-in inquiries. Lead Generation: Initiate lead generation activities, by taking follow-up calls after counsellingsessions or establish & maintain connections with influencers/referrals. Productivity: Justify daily productivity through a combination of counselling, client calls, andreferral generation from the market.
