Senior Consultants India Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Consultant for Student Recruitment based in India, you will play a pivotal role in advising prospective students, building partnerships with educational institutions overseas, and contributing to the overall success of our student recruitment efforts. You will work closely with the County Head in India and the recruitment team based in New Delhi, providing exceptional guidance to ensure the achievement of enrolment goals. Client Advisory:- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, offering expert guidance on educational programs, admissions processes, and career pathways.- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic and career goals, and align them with suitable programs.Strategic Partnerships:- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and key stakeholders to enhance recruitment channels.- Collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives and maximize recruitment opportunities.Recruitment Strategy:- Contribute to the development of comprehensive student recruitment strategies and tactics.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with the overseas partners ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior consultants to enhance their skills and performance.Events and Outreach:- Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and events to promote programs and attract prospective students.- Organise and participate in outreach activities to engage with the community and generate interest in our educational offerings.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; - Proven experience in student recruitment, preferably within the higher education sector.

Reviewing, analyzing and assessing the students' applications on the grounds oftheir eligibility and qualification.Participating in the decision making process for student applications according to thepolicies and guidelines of International UniversitiesSupporting the students throughout the admission process by answering theirqueries and helping them to complete the required documents for admissionpolicies/procedure of international universities.Preparing and presenting the applicants' reports to the concerned InternationalUniversities timely.Maintaining regular communication with students, parents and abroad universitiesfor coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.Participating in educational events, university fairs, international training etc.Building broad knowledge on the admission activities and guidelines of abroadcolleges.

Responsibilities of State Academic Head-Communicate with administration regularly with records from academic heads of their respective states.Manage studios for the recordings and shootings of Video Contents of the state.Maintain the data in their native states of state boards, subjects, and languages.Qualifications and Experience:For State Academic Manager- 5 Years ExperienceFor Educator- Graduation, Post-Graduation, B.Ed will be preferred.The salary range for State Academic Head and Academic Managers will starts from 50K on monthly basis
