Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with faculty to design, update, and improve academic programs and courses.Ensure curricula align with the university's academic goals and accreditation standards.Incorporate feedback from students, faculty, and industry trends into curriculum development.Implement and oversee assessment methods to evaluate program effectiveness.Analyze data from assessments to identify areas for improvement.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in academic programs.Act as a liaison between faculty, students, administration, and external stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the academic community.Organize and participate in faculty meetings, committees, and councils.Plan and coordinate academic events such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, academic conferences, and guest lectures.Ensure the smooth execution of these events, including logistics and communication.Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing academic policies and procedures.Ensure policies are communicated effectively to faculty and students.Prepare documentation and reports for accreditation bodies.Ensure academic programs comply with accreditation standards and regulations.Oversee the allocation and use of educational resources, including textbooks, technology, and lab equipment.Manage budgets for academic programs and initiatives.
