The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information promptly.Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.Maintain a database of calls and customer interactions.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Report daily progress to the team leader/manager.Key Skills Required:Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per requirement].Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).Ability to convince and handle rejections professionally.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.Team player with good interpersonal skills.Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
