The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients or customers, providing information about products or services, and handling inquiries to drive sales or ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of customers are essential.### **Key Responsibilities:**- Contact potential customers via phone calls to promote products/services.- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.- Provide information to customers about product offerings, promotions, and discounts.- Follow up on leads and set appointments for senior sales staff or customer service teams.- Record and report call details and customer interactions in CRM systems.- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.- Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.### **Requirements:**- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.- High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualifications can be an advantage).### **Desirable Skills:**- Sales experience.- Fluency in Hindi- Good listening and negotiation skills
