- Oversee and manage the sales operations: The Automobile General Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.- Develop sales strategies: The manager must develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating plans to capitalize on them.- Train and mentor sales staff: The manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Achieve zonal sales volume, revenue, and market share targets.Manage and grow dealer / distributor network across the zone.Drive retail sales, promotions, and product launches.Monitor dealer performance, inventory, and customer experience.Lead, coach, and motivate sales team and supervisors also.Analyz market trends, competition, and sales performance.Ensure implementation of company policies and brand standards.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / MBA preferred.Strong exposure to dealer network management.Skills Required:Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Strategic planning and execution skills.Data-driven decision-making
