Job Description

- Oversee and manage the sales operations: The Automobile General Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

- Develop sales strategies: The manager must develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating plans to capitalize on them.

- Train and mentor sales staff: The manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the sales team. They must provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to help team members improve their sales skills and performance.

- Monitor sales performance: The manager must track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the performance of the sales team. They must identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

- Build and maintain customer relationships: The manager must build strong relationships with customers, both new and existing, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This involves understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have 12-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.

- Strong leadership and management skills to lead and inspire a sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

- Knowledge of the automobile industry, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Must be a male candidate based in Meerut Road for this full-time, office-based position.
