Position Summary:The Senior Manager of Design, Research, and Development will lead the R&D efforts in the development of advanced HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps. This role involves managing a team of design engineers, overseeing product design, development, testing, and ensuring that new products meet market requirements and regulatory standards.
