We are looking for Telesales Officers for a leading fintech Company, who will be responsible for achieving sales targets. The Telesales Officers will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance to sales team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team of sales team and achieving sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:To make field visits to generate leads for sales on a daily basisTo follow up on already generated leads to close them successfullyTo ensure sell of our insurance productsTo ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developedTo communicate changing customer needs to the top managementTo expand our reach to untapped customers

ResponsibilitiesContact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scriptsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesDirect prospects to the field sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the companys reputationGo the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements and skillsProven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
