Job descriptionGreet all customers with friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with them.Maintaining a fast speed of service, especially during rush times and high peak season.Take orders from customers and input their selections into the cafs internal computer systemsDevelop sufficient knowledge on the list of products and offerings and effectively and accurately communicate it to customersPrepare all beverages according to customer requirements within the prescribed time framePrepare / reheat / serve food according to the set standardsGrinding, weighing and packing coffee beans for customersUnderstanding the basics of all company coffees (roast level and flavor notes)Able to suggest beverages, roasts and equipment based on customers requirementEnsures cleanliness at the station and caf in general during each shiftRespond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfiedFollow all caf safety and security procedures and arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completionMaintains efficient, friendly service. Clear tables in a timely and thorough manner.Responds proactively to prevent heated customer service situations.Restocks retail shelves when necessary, keeping in mind set merchandising guidelines. Keeps the retail areas neat and clean.

Required Staff for Making Good Tea, Coffee, Noodles, Pasta, Sandwich, Etc.. and Their Varities.

Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations. Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the Barista. Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers. Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service. Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers. Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks. Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away. Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment. Assisting with unloading and storing stock.Requirement & Skills: Anyone with a high school/ diploma/ hotel management or equivalent. 2-8years of working experience in any caf/Restaurant/ Hotel/ Cloud kitchen A friendly, polite, and courteous nature. Strong customer service and team working skills. Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. At least can speak basic English and Hindi Beverages & Continental Menu knowledge is an advantage.
