Job Description:Branding Manager will improve brand visibility and awareness. He will be responsible for all BTLbranding/awareness-generating activities. Branding Manager will plan the marketing calendar along with city head and centralleadership and get sign-off on budgets. Co-branding with Library/ Book stores/ Photocopier/ Cyber cafes/ Food stalls, Brandingon autos Awareness activities - Posters, Tricycle, Newspaper flyers, E-rickshaw, Pole banner/cloth banner, Umbrella Branding Manager will do PR activities with newspapers and local influencers to improvebrand awareness at low cost. Branding Manager will tie-up with various marketing agencies to get various activitiesdone. He will be proactive in getting the work completed at the lowest cost possible. Branding Manager will determine the ROI of all the above activities for regularmodifications in the monthly marketing calendar.Eligibility Criteria: Detailed knowledge of Branding and awareness build activities Marketing agency tie-ups/ knowledge, Multi-stakeholder management Should have exposure to branding/awareness generation for EdTech (non K-12) market Ideally has been associated with an agency OR has run his own agency Should be able to do the hard negotiations himself Must have prior experience as he will be running as soon as he is onboardedWhat is the culture like: Small team of 2 operations people per city.
