Job description : Experience of at least 3 to 6year in hardcore recruitment.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for handling the recruitment life cycle.Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.Sourcing candidates using various job boards like Naukri, Indeed, Times Job, LinkedIn, Referencing, etc...Responsible for work on Permanent positions.Scheduling interviews as per the availability.Initiating the Salary Benchmarking process for the selected candidates.Closing all the job requisitions in an Effective and Efficient manner.Coordinating with On-boarding team to ensure smooth joining of the candidate.Maintaining trackers for all the sourced/selected candidates.Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.).Energetic, passionate about recruitment and efficient at work.Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.Communication & Interpersonal - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the client and team members.

Responsibilities for Sr Merchandiser Profile:-Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and companys objectivesAnalyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stockCollaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scalesMaximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriatelyProduce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventoryForecast profits/sales and plan budgetsMonitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etcBuild constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsRemain up to date with industrys best practices

Minimum 2 years in IT hiringExperience in sourcing through Naukri/other job boardsExperience in Vendor Management Well experience in planning & strategizing large volume based project hiring and massive drives along with junior team members.Candidates from recruitment Consultancy background will be highly preferred.Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Build up a pipeline through proactive talent search.Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria.Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents.Identifies the most efficient sources for generating talent pull vs opened positions.Work with Vendors/recruiters to schedule interviews which may be face to face, telephone/skype or telepresence.Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated including candidate attendance, meeting room bookings, and interview panel co-ordination.Ensure new requisitions are appropriately assigned on a daily basis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the management of samples including ordering, receiving, organizing, distributing and trackingAct as a liaison between vendors and cross-functional partners on the status of samples for each business groupOrder samples through vendors in partnership with the Sourcing, Merchandising, and Design teamsManage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archivingField and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelinesMonthly inventory and organization of sample closets, including archiving dated samples and processing samples for in-house sample sale
