Outlets Visit as per Norms, Focus on Range Selling and Lines per order Identify potential opportunities and new Customers and discuss with Line leaders to capitalise. Focus on Secondary Sales network and achievement of target. Develop new Dealers /customers and build relationship to retain new and existing customers. Ensure Dealer Satisfaction by effectively driving schemes and promotions. Regular Feedback to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements.
