Job Description

• responsible for the sales targets as per aop through high performance and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• contribution to the market-based strategy and execution in his territory and driving db performance (primary, secondary, market share gain).

• outlets visit as per norms, focus on range selling and lines per order

• identify potential opportunities and new customers and discuss with line leaders to capitalise.

• focus on secondary sales network and achievement of target.

• develop new dealers /customers and build relationship to retain new and existing customers.

• ensure dealer satisfaction by effectively driving schemes and promotions.

• regular feedback to the business units/product groups on market developments and requirements.

• ensure appropriate monthly and quarterly inventory/stock.

• review of db and dealer performance regularly.

• take the lead in resolving customer's issues, report market information to the management.

• timely closing the collection target of his territory.
