• Responsible for the sales targets as per AOP through high performance and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribution to the market-based strategy and execution in his territory and Driving DB performance (Primary, Secondary, Market share Gain).
• Outlets Visit as per Norms, Focus on Range Selling and Lines per order
• Identify potential opportunities and new Customers and discuss with Line leaders to capitalise.
• Focus on Secondary Sales network and achievement of target.
• Develop new Dealers /customers and build relationship to retain new and existing customers.
• Ensure Dealer Satisfaction by effectively driving schemes and promotions.
• Regular Feedback to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements.
• Ensure appropriate monthly and quarterly inventory/stock.
• Review of DB and Dealer Performance regularly.
• Take the lead in resolving customer's issues, report market information to the management.
• Timely closing the collection target of his territory.
