Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities in target industries.Promote and sell compressors (reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, etc.) and related accessories.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners.Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.Technical & Commercial SupportUnderstand customer applications and recommend appropriate compressor solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.Assist in tender documentation, pricing, and negotiations.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and project pipelines to management.CoordinationWork closely with the service team for installations, after-sales support, and AMC renewals.Collaborate with the internal application team for customizedsolution.
