key responsibilities
sales & business development
identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries.
promote and sell compressors (reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, etc.) and related accessories.
meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
customer relationship management
develop strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners.
provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
technical & commercial support
understand customer applications and recommend appropriate compressor solutions.
prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
assist in tender documentation, pricing, and negotiations.
market intelligence & reporting
monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and project pipelines to management.
coordination
work closely with the service team for installations, after-sales support, and amc renewals.
collaborate with the internal application team for customizedsolution.
