This role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and installation services for our laser machines and systems, as well as contributing to the growth of our sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support and Service:Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of laser-based systems and equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laser machines and systems at client sites.Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal preparation.Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to help close sales deals.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Provide training and technical guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of laser systems.Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Generating high-quality sales leads, Following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales and arranging deliveries. Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers technical requirements and needs.
