Company has predefined system and procedures to effectively increase the possibilities to gain more business. This system must be followed properly.10. Maintain regular follow up at appropriate time interval to the prospected customer until company gets the business from that prospect. Prospect can be from existing database, inquiry received by the company through different medium, discontinued client etc.
