We are Hiring Sales & Marketing Coordinator-Female having a basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing activities with Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Marathi & Proficient in computer skills including MS Office ( MS Excel, MS Word, PPT),meet customer if required within pune region with team.Required qualification is MBA-MarketingRequired experience is Up to 2 Year.

Generate sales: Promote products or services, explain benefits, and persuade customers to make purchasesHandle customer inquiries: Address concerns, complaints, and questionsFollow up: Check in with existing customers and follow up with leadsMaintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactionsMeet targets: Contribute to team performance and meet sales targetsProvide customer service: Help customers and ensure customer satisfaction

1.Co-ordinate to arrange/ schedule meetings with Architects/ Interior Designers/ Consultants/ Builders/ System Integrators.2.Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities3.Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.4.To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.5.Proper follow up with clients.6.Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance7.Plan approaches and pitches.8.Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information9.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material10.Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence11.Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.12.Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.13.Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.14.Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner.15.Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.16.Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.17.Fluent in Hindi & English (Malayalam,Kannada preferable).18.Provide Technical Support On Call, if required.
