Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and handle inquiries over phone, email, or WhatsApp.Explain products/services to customers and provide quotations.Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Coordinate with the operations or delivery team for order fulfillment.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.Proven communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).Experience in telesales, customer service, or retail is a plus.Fluency in [English/Gujarati/Hindi mention language as per location].Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
