Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and handle inquiries over phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Explain products/services to customers and provide quotations.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the operations or delivery team for order fulfillment.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Proven communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).

Experience in telesales, customer service, or retail is a plus.

Fluency in [English/Gujarati/Hindi mention language as per location].

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
