In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing dealer networks, and delivering reliable power solutions to a diverse retail segment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth: Drive retail sales volume and market share for DG sets within the assigned South India territory.Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage a robust network of dealers and distributors to ensure product availability and brand visibility.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with local influencers, consultants, and end-users (SMEs, residential, and commercial sectors).Reporting: Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to payment collection and after-sales coordination.RequirementsExperience: 510 years in Retail Sales specifically within the DG Sets/Genset industry.Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
