KEY OF RESPONSIBILITY-
Oversee and support lead generation activities, including, cold calling and CRM / DATABASE.
Plan and execute BTL marketing initiative such as flyers, society events, and on ground activation.
Schedule manage and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate property option.
Build and nature long term relationship with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Monitor and achieve monthly sales target through effective pipeline management.
Maintain accurate records and client interaction, visit and meeting.
