Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of exterior products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit prospective clients (builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, homeowners, etc.) to pitch exterior products

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites

Develop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with the operations team for timely product delivery and installation

Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support when required

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 2 to 3 years of field sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid driving license

Willingness to travel locally/within assigned territory
