Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, proactive and hands-on Sales, Operations & Offline Marketing Assistant Manager who can drive on-ground brand growth while ensuring smooth daily operations.
This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with the founders across:
Offline marketing & activations
Sales (events + retail)
Operations & fulfillment
Vendor coordination
👉 This is NOT just a desk job. This role requires someone who enjoys being on the field, setting things up, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Marketing & Brand Activations (Core Focus)
Plan and execute pop-ups, exhibitions, and on-ground events
Identify and coordinate with:
Event organizers
High-footfall venues
Potential retail partners
Conceptualize:
Stall setups
Product displays
Sampling experiences
Ensure the brand looks premium, consistent, and attractive on-ground
Actively engage with customers and drive walk-in conversions
2. Sales (Offline-First)
Own sales performance at events and pop-ups
Train and manage any temporary staff/helpers at stalls
Upsell and cross-sell products confidently
Track what sells, customer feedback, and buying behavior
Build relationships with retail stores and partners
3. Operations Management
Oversee daily order fulfillment coordination:
Ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time
Maintain clarity in workflow for the team
Build simple processes so that:
No orders are missed
No last-minute chaos happens
Track and manage inventory levels across products
4. Vendor Management
Coordinate with:
Packaging vendors
Printers
Raw material suppliers
Event vendors (stall fabricators, props, etc.)
Ensure:
Timely deliveries
Cost control
Quality consistency
Follow up rigorously - no delays or miscommunication
5. Event Execution & On-Ground Ownership (VERY IMPORTANT)
Handle end-to-end execution of events:
Logistics
Inventory movement
Stall setup & dismantling
Be physically present and own the outcome
Troubleshoot on the spot - no dependency on founders for small issues
Ensure smooth coordination between team members during events
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
5-6 years of experience in:
Retail / events / D2C / lifestyle brands
Strong practical thinking and problem-solving ability
Highly organized and reliable
Comfortable with field work and physical execution
Ability to manage people, vendors, and chaos simultaneously
